YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS? WE'RE HERE TO HELP!
Can I schedule a visit before booking?
Of course! Text (901)331-8956 to set up a tour of the farm.
Do you pick-up/drop-off?
We pick-up & drop-off in the Arlington/Lakeland area. We also meet there if you are further away and don't want to make the whole drive! Please confirm that your address is on our route before booking "BCDR Pickup" on the app.

Holiday & Busy Weeks
(4th of July, Spring Break, etc.)
Due to the amount of dogs we board during holiday/busy weeks, we are unable to provide pick-up & drop-off services. You must drop-off/pick-up between 8-10am or 3-5pm. No exceptions. There will be a $25 fee to drop-off/pick-up outside of these windows and it must be arranged and approved prior to your visit.
What should I bring with my dog?
-
Your dog should be wearing a properly fitted collar upon arrival.
-
All meals (lunch & dinner) must be packaged individually. If each meal is not bagged separately, you will be charged an extra $5 per day. Your ziplocks will be returned so you can use them each time!
-
If your dog requires medicine, please send pill pockets or whatever they like to take it with.
-
You may send a bed, blanket, or toy to go in the kennel with your pup, but it is not necessary.
What is the pups' daily schedule like?
What is your cancellation/no show policy?
-
Non-Peak Cancellation Fee: If you do not cancel your boarding reservation at least 24 hours before your selected drop-off time, you will be charged 25% of the total stay.
-
Peak Cancellation Fee (Spring/Fall Break, Holidays, etc.): If you do not cancel your boarding reservation at least 72 hours before your selected drop-off time, you will be charged 35% of the total stay.
-
No Show Fee: If you do not cancel your boarding reservation and do not show up, you will be charged 50% of the total stay. If you do not show up for a daycare reservation, you will be charged $15.
What is your spay/neuter policy?
We do prefer that they be fixed but we will take unaltered dogs on a trial basis. If everything goes well (no aggressive behavior or excessive humping) then they are welcomed back anytime!
My dog does not get along with others...Can we still board at BCDR?
The safety of our pups is our #1 priority, which limits our flexibility on temperament. Typically, if a dog is not friendly with others it will not be allowed on the farm. However, depending on the size of your dog and available space at BCDR, we may be able to accommodate this request. If so, your dog will be separate from the group for their entire visit.
Are there any breeds you cannot accept for daycare/boarding?
Due to insurance, we are unfortunately unable to accept Pit Bulls and Pit mixes.
